Welcome From Sarah Kriehn

My approach to art lies between the fields of printmaking and painting. I create abstract monotypes, monoprints and collagraphs. Every work is a one of a kind, original, hand pulled print on 100% cotton paper with oil based pigmented ink.

The appeal of printmaking for me is that it can be spontaneous and highly technical. A combination of techniques can produce endless results. I find it rewarding to create something unique on a blank sheet where nothing existed before.
